The Small Business Legal Clinic - provides business transactional legal services to low-income small and emerging businesses. The SBLC reduces legal barriers for individuals who have been historically disenfranchised, such as people of color, women, and immigrants.

The Commons Law Center - provides low-cost legal support to income-qualified individuals. In addition to business services, they also provide estate planning and other important legal services. As of 8/31/20, TCLC has received grant funds to provide basic estate planning services to Black people & families in North and NE Portland.
